MOLD REMEDIATION · CENTRAL FLORIDA
You Found Mold. Here’s Exactly What Happens Next.
Testing and removal handled by our Florida-licensed remediation partner, then 3Lotus repairs and rebuilds everything back to normal, one team, start to finish.
Why Mold Has to Be Handled by a Licensed Specialist
Florida law is specific about this, and we don’t cut corners on it.
Florida requires mold assessment and mold remediation to be performed by a state-licensed mold professional, separate from a general contractor’s license. When 3Lotus inspects your home for mold, the actual testing and removal is carried out by our licensed remediation partner, so you always have a licensed professional handling that part of the job, exactly as the law requires.
Once the mold is fully removed and the area is cleared, our own team steps back in to handle everything the mold left behind: drywall, flooring, cabinetry, paint, whatever needs to be rebuilt. That part is ours from start to finish, permitted and project-managed like any other repair.
How It Works

Repair & Rebuild
Once the area is cleared, our crew rebuilds it, drywall to paint, so it looks like nothing ever happened.
