Water Damage Mitigation

WATER DAMAGE & MITIGATION · CENTRAL FLORIDA

Water Is Damaging Your Home Right Now. Let’s Stop It Fast.

Burst pipes, roof leaks, and storm-driven water intrusion need to be stopped fast to prevent mold and structural damage. We coordinate rapid extraction and drying, then handle every repair that follows.

Act Fast

Why Speed Matters More Than Anything Else

Water damage gets worse, and more expensive, every hour it sits.

Standing water and hidden moisture inside walls and under flooring create the conditions mold needs within 24 to 48 hours. Our extraction and structural drying is coordinated with our certified restoration partner to get moisture out fast, then we manage the repair and rebuild of whatever the water damaged, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, all of it, with one project manager staying on the job throughout.

FAQ

Common Questions About Water Damage

How fast does mold grow after water damage?

Mold can start growing within 24 to 48 hours in the right conditions, which is why getting water extracted and the area dried out quickly matters so much.

Is water damage covered by homeowners insurance?

Usually, yes, if it’s sudden and accidental, like a burst pipe. Damage from a long-term leak or lack of maintenance is typically not covered. Coverage depends on the policy and cause of loss. We can document the source and resulting damage; your insurer or a licensed public adjuster can answer questions about coverage.

What’s the difference between water mitigation and water damage restoration?

Mitigation is the first response, extracting standing water and drying out the space to stop the damage from spreading. Restoration is what comes after, repairing and rebuilding whatever the water damaged.

Do I need to leave my home during water cleanup?

It depends on how much water is involved and where. For smaller, contained situations you can often stay. For larger jobs, especially with contaminated water, we’ll let you know if it’s safer to be elsewhere while we work.
